Gábor Kvancz
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
He started his career in the administrative centre of STRABAG Holding in the treasury area. Afterwards, he worked as a Controller at Metro Holding Hungary and Diageo, before becoming the Chief Controller at Bonitás 2002 Kft. In addition to preparing group-level reports, he has been involved in several acquisitions in Hungary (Tendre Kft. (feed industry), Szinva Zrt. (real estate development)) and abroad (Sole-MiZo acquisition in Serbia, expansion in Romania). Since 2009, he has been managing the group’s controlling activities as the head of company of Bonitás 2002 Zrt.
Since 2015 he has been the CEO of Bonitás 2002 Zrt. and member of the Board of Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. since 2012 and Chairman of the Board since 2014.
András Borbély
CEO
He has worked in the start-up world for more than 10 years on the investment side as an investment professional and as a start-up company manager. As a financial advisor and investment manager he had also been involved in major private equity deals. At Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. he took the Investment Director position in 2020 and has been the CEO since 2023.
László Jánoki
DEPUTY CEO
He has extensive experience in M&A and venture capital. Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in more than 25 venture capital and buyout transactions on the investment side. He joined the team at Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. in 2016, joined the Board in 2020 and has been Deputy CEO since 2023.
László Ákos Németh
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
He has 11 years of management experience in various international companies (Arthur Andersen, Citibank, Citroen, OMD). He has worked as an M&A advisor, CFO and investment director, being involved in the implementation of around two dozen investments. He has been the Investment Director at Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. since 2013.
Zsolt Hazay
SENIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER
He has significant expertise in corporate finance. In venture capital investments he has gained experience in financial modelling, company valuation, transaction, and financial management. As a consultant, he has been involved mainly in strategic, financing and reporting projects. He has led a fund management company as a senior manager. He joined Bonitas Investment Fund Management Zrt. in 2022 in the Private Equity team.
Atilla Takács
INVESTMENT MANAGER
He graduated from the Department of Business Administration and Management, then worked as an Analyst at the Hungarian National Bank. He has five years of experience in venture capital invesment and first joined Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. in 2019.
Ákos Bogáthy
INVESTMENT ANALYST
During his university studies, he worked in corporate finance and investment banking at General Electric and Citi. Afterwards, he took a position as a Management Consultant at KPMG before gaining experience in the energy sector as a Risk Manager at ELMŰ Zrt. He joined Bonitas Investment Fund Management Zrt. in November 2020 as Analyst.
Hunor Kovács
INVESTMENT ANALYST
He obtained his Master’s degree in Corporate Finance Management from Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca (BBTE) and subsequently worked as the controller of the technical operations division of a group of companies. He has more than 8 years of experience as a private investor in financial markets, mainly in Romania, the EU, and the US. He joined Bonitas Investment Fund Management Zrt. in September 2021 as Analyst.
Jacqueline Leo
INVESTMENT ANALYST
She holds an economist Master’s degree in Marketing and has several years of experience in marketing. She joined Bonitas in 2022 as Analyst.
Katalin Erdész
BACK OFFICE MANAGER
She started her career as Accounting Manager in a research institute, then she worked as the Chief Accountant of OTP Értékpapír Rt. for more than 10 years. Subsequently, she spent another 10 years at OTP Group as the back office manager of OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management Zrt. where she was responsible for the taxation, reporting and net asset value calculation of the company and the funds managed by it. She joined the Bonitás Investment Fund Management Zrt. team in August 2020.
Marianna Fűz
FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Marianna has nearly 20 years of professional experience in finance and accounting in the competitive sector. During these years, she gained experience in HR, tax, risk management and accounting. For the past 3,5 years she has worked as a Business Accountant in a multinational trading company. She joined Bonitas Investment Fund Management Zrt. in September 2021 as Finance Coordinator.
